I went to yoga last night.
It was probably my fourth class ever.
And it was horrible.
First of all, I did boot camp first. So I already hurt and was tired.
Then we get to yoga - and the teacher tells us to lay down and close our eyes and focus on our breathing.
Then she starts telling us to do certain poses. Poses that I don't know.
She is apparently doing them at the front of the room, but I'm a rule-follower so my eyes are closed and I'm totally confused.
So I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing.
And can someone please tell me what a Chaturanga is?
